DELIVERY
We offer worldwide delivery using a selection of trusted premium carriers. Available delivery services may vary depending on your location and will be confirmed at checkout.
DISPATCH
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe & United States: 2 - 4 working days
- Rest of the World: 3 - 7 working days
Please note these are estimated delivery windows and may vary depending on destination and customs clearance processes.
While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by customs or local authorities are outside of our control.
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will assist you.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track your order directly via the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.
If delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued excluding any shipping costs.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Orders can be cancelled or amended prior to dispatch only
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
- You may return your order once received using our returns service
DUTIES & TAXES
For most destinations, duties and taxes are included or calculated at checkout, meaning no additional charges are required upon delivery.
Depending on your shipping destination, one of the following will apply:
- All duties and taxes are included in the product price shown
- Duties are included, with any applicable taxes calculated at checkout
- Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, or in some cases, payable upon delivery
All applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Please note:
- Customs regulations and charges vary by country
- Delivery times may be affected by local customs clearance processes
- We are unable to control or influence customs procedures
- By law, we must declare the full value of your order and cannot amend this
If you refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Any duties and taxes incurred
These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
Canadian shoppers are eligible for a full refund of Duties & Taxes on returns.
RETURNS
We offer a complimentary returns service on all orders.
To request a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags and security seals intact
- Returned in original packaging where possible
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Refunds exclude any original shipping charges (where applicable).
Please allow time for your return to be received and processed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We recommend checking your order upon delivery before removing any tags.
Items returned without original tags or showing signs of wear will not be refunded.
MADE TO ORDER
If you are looking for a style that is not currently available online, or if your preferred size is out of stock, please contact us at customerservice@davidkoma.com for further assistance. We may be able to offer a made-to-order service.
Please note this service is not suitable for urgent requests, as production times can vary between 4–8 weeks.
If you wish to make an enquiry, kindly include the style you are interested in (a photo is sufficient), your desired size, and any specific requirements.
