Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation and tracking upon the dispatch of your order. You can check the delivery status by entering a tracking number on the carrier’s website. If the courier is not able to deliver your order, your order will be shipped back to us and we will refund you minus the shipping cost.

If you need to make changes to the details of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that no changes will be permitted after the order is dispatched.

You can cancel your order for any reason, up until the order is dispatched. After that, you will not be able to cancel the order but can use our free return service. Please see the information about returns below.

Returns

To return an unworn item in its original condition with the security tag intact, please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of the order to arrange a free return shipment.

After that, we cannot guarantee the refund for the returned item.

To receive a refund, minus the cost of shipment, the returned item must adhere to our returns policy.

If the item is returned without the original tags attached it does not adhere to our returns policy and will not be refunded.
